That is your call, and it drives the storage sizing. Thirty days is typical for commercial sites. Some clients keep less, and facilities with compliance requirements often keep considerably more.
Yes. Live and recorded video reach a phone, tablet, or laptop, with permissions set so staff see only what their role requires.
Sometimes. If the existing cameras are a supported commercial line and the cabling certifies clean, we will often keep them and replace only the recorder. We test before recommending either way.
Yes. Recording is fine across general work and public areas of a business, but restrooms, changing areas, and similar private spaces are off limits, and audio recording carries its own requirements in Pennsylvania. We will flag anything on your plan worth running past your attorney.
